Your introduction to the reformer. Springs, alignment, breath, and the foundational movements you'll return to in every class. Take this first. No experience needed.

Full-body spring resistance work. Core stability, hip strength, shoulder control. The class that quietly changes how you feel everywhere.
Reform + Jump · Intermediate · 50 min · Reformer + Jumpboard
Reformer with jumpboard cardio intervals. Low-impact, joint-protecting, bone density-building. Elevate your heart rate without the wear.
Reform Flow · Advanced · 50 min · Reformer
Continuous movement, deeper resistance, faster transitions. For members who know their bodies on the reformer. If you're here, you've earned it.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates · All Levels · 50 min · Mat
Classical Pilates on the mat. No equipment, no experience required. Core, spinal mobility, and body awareness. Great starting point before the reformer.
Advanced Mat · Intermediate+ · 50 min · Mat + props
Advanced sequencing, longer holds, complex transitions. For members ready to be pushed.

Pilates and yoga principles layered with light resistance. Builds lean strength, improves mobility, leaves you both worked and restored.

Breath-linked movement, one flowing into the next. Strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. All bodies welcome.
Stretch + Release · All Levels · 35–40 min · Mat + props
Deep stretching and myofascial release — hips, spine, shoulders. Book standalone or add after any session.

Full body, every session. Station-based strength intervals. No two sessions are identical.
Stride + Strengthen · All Levels · 60 min · Treadmill + dumbbells
Treadmill intervals paired with dumbbell strength circuits. Walk or run. Whether you're 25 or 65, this class meets you exactly where you are.
Private Session

One instructor, one client, undivided attention. For post-injury return, prenatal or postnatal needs, medical referrals, or anyone who wants to move faster in their progress. The most effective way to learn the reformer and the most personalized experience we offer.
